Allianze Med Pharma won a Crystal Star Award on March 2, 2011, and was declared Best New Pharmaceutical Company for 2010 in Kazakhstan at the second Pharmaceutical Constellation 2010 Competition. The awards ceremony was held at the Hotel Palladium in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The trophy was awarded to Mr Ray Simkins, President AMP Group of Companies, who received it on behalf of Allianze Med Pharma.
The award is a significant achievement for Allianze Med Pharma, because winners are chosen after careful consideration by a sub-branch of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of the competition is to choose market leaders in different categories; this information is shared with doctors, pharmacies and consumers.
Winners are picked from companies that have entered the competition by filling application forms on the web. Results are analyzed through an expert voting system as well as opinion polls from hospitals and pharmacies.
